Use of Services & Contract Conclusion

SupplyConnect provides technology solutions to facilitate supplier relationship management. A contract for the use of our services is concluded upon your registration for an account or your continued use of our platform. Users agree to use the services lawfully and responsibly, providing accurate information to the best of their knowledge.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on this site, including the platform’s methodology, algorithms, and design, are the exclusive property of SupplyConnect or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform as a service.

Confidentiality

SupplyConnect undertakes to treat all commercial, technical, or other company-related information disclosed or made available through the business relationship as confidential. This includes supplier data and non-public customer information, which will be used exclusively for the purposes of the business relationship and protected against unauthorized access or disclosure.

Limitation of Liability

SupplyConnect is liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, limb, or health, and according to mandatory legal provisions. In the case of a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, our liability is limited to the damage that is foreseeable and typical for the type of business in question. Any further liability is excluded. Users are solely responsible for their business decisions, including those based on the use of the SupplyConnect platform.

Modifications & Availability

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes. While we strive for maximum availability, continuous and uninterrupted access to the SupplyConnect platform cannot be guaranteed due to technical limitations, maintenance, security issues, or events beyond our control (force majeure).

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SupplyConnect is incorporated. The exclusive venue for all disputes arising in connection with SupplyConnect and these Terms and Conditions shall be the courts in Zurich, Switzerland. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
